estate deals for a long time. In early 2010 Team Resources
absorbed the principals and staff of SBWE to create what we
believe is the premier “boutique” corporate real estate firm
in New Jersey.
Team Resources, Inc. was formed by industry veterans David
Cantor and Greg Sholom during the market depths of 1989.
SBWE, originally known as Sholom and Zuckerbrot began in
1962 in Queens and expanded to NJ in 1976. Individually, each company was recognized as
an industry leader. The combination of both staffs under the
Team Resources umbrella creates an even more impressive
blend of extensive experience, youth and technical know-how. Our
